Hi, I am Coach Dadi

Hi, I am Renata

Dadi trained at Boot Camp for about two years before coaching there.
After being involved in many athletic events, in 2010 I was introduced to Crossfit. I have competed in the European Regionals five times, once as an individual in 2012 and three times on the podium in team competition, 3rd place in 2011, 2nd place in 2013 and European Champions 2014.
Renata's class is based on the work of Joseph Pilates method, who created a series of exercise that builds strength, increase flexibility and helps the balance of the whole body.
Matwork classes are fun and an effective way of exercising the body. Whether you are a complete beginner or wish to challenge your body further, a matwork class will suit your needs.
